Movie Review: First, that end up disappointed by a few shades, especially because the first part of this act was brilliant. The mood is quiet, the laughs are few and far between and the tango Vinay Pathak and Kay Kay Menon has not broken the chemistry between Pathak and Rajat Kapoor in the first half.
But give yourself some time and let the characters take shape. Will not be long before you realize that Bharat Bhushan is still the best sense in the world. His stupidity is another endearing quality to him as he does everything possible to make the world a better place for everyone, ignoring the barbs and ridicule that comes your way. Their antics, both on the boat and off to induce a laugh and a smile that the world wrote to him as the proverbial loser. However, the zeros in Bollywood parlance often end up as heroes, especially if they are raised right.
Bheja Fry 2 also has an additional factor to add to the confusion: Amol Gupte crazy fan like RD Burman, who prefers to carry a radio with his former wild and Golden Oldies RD. Watch an interesting cameo Gupte is to create a niche for himself as a player in the import.
